Shipping policy
Once your order is placed, please allow 3 business days for your package to be shipped from our facility.
If your package gets lost in transit, please email us at info@willow31clothing.com so that we may file a claim to get your package located. If your package can not be located after the allotted time, we will resend the item(s) to you if applicable or issue a refund to you directly.
Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. Once the shipping carrier marks your package as delivered, we are unable to issue a refund. You will need to contact your delivery carrier regarding your package.
