Returns
We gladly accept returns for store credit ONLY. Items MUST be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. After this time frame, your return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and have original tags attached. No deodorant, perfume, smells, or make-up stains, etc will be accepted. Shoes must be in their original box with original stickers attached. Accessories, intimates, sale items, and special offers are FINAL SALE.
If you return an item after the 14 day window or return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Items purchased at 25% off or more are not eligible for return and are FINAL SALE.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you believe you have received defective merchandise or that we shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact us WITHIN 3 days of receiving your item at info@willow31clothing.com.
To Make a Return
Please refer to Return Policy above to ensure your return meets the criteria stated. Securely package your item(s) and include package slip, stating the reason for your return.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days to process the return and a store credit will be emailed to you directly.
